Leadership grounded in Africa’s development priorities
Aliou Mamadou Dia is an international development and humanitarian leader with more than two decades of service across the United Nations system. As UNDP Resident Representative in Liberia, he provides strategic leadership for the country programme and works with government, development partners, civil society, communities, academia, and the private sector to advance inclusive and sustainable development.
His career spans country leadership, climate action, access to energy, resilience building, disaster risk reduction, crisis prevention, recovery, and humanitarian information management.
